The registration fee includes:

- Welcome Reception Tuesday 8 September (registration required)
- Conference Evening Wednesday 9 September (registration required)
- Football match Thursday afternoon, 10 September (registration required)
- Disco Evening Thursday 10 September (registration required)

The official language of the Conference is English.

Letter of Invitation
The Conference Secretariat will send you a letter of invitation upon request. The Organizing Committee would like to clearly state that the letter is only to help the participant to obtain a visa or to raise travel funds and has no further financial obligations from the Conference towards the participant. The Conference Secretariat is only able to send you the letter of invitation after receipt of your registration and payment.

Passport and Visa
A valid passport is required for non-EU citizens for entry into The Netherlands and the European Union. An identity card is sufficient for citizens of EU Member States. Please consult the Consulate nearest to you for special details.

Conference badges
All participants, accompanying persons and exhibitors must wear the Conference identification badges.

Certificate of Attendance
A certificate of attendance can be printed after submission of the on-line evaluation which will be requested to fill in after the Conference. You will receive an invitation via e-mail after the Conference.

The Dutch currency is EURO. Most hotels, restaurants and shops accept international credit cards.

Mobile Phone Manners
As a courtesy to other attendees, please observe good mobile phone manners. When attending sessions, please turn off your mobile phone and other wireless communications or use the silent notifications options. If you must take a call, please step out of the room rather than disrupting the event. Thank you for your cooperation.

On-line registration will be possible until 7 September 2015.

How to Register
In order to register for the Conference please register online and be sure to submit your registration. Registration is only valid upon receipt of payment that must be submitted at the same time. Payments can be made by bank transfer or secured online credit card payment. Upon receipt of your completed registration form and payment, you will receive an email confirmation of your registration.

Registration Desk
The registration area in the Conference Venue will be open for registration.

Payment Procedures
All payments should be made in EUROS (€). Personal cheques and foreign currency are not accepted.

Cancellation and Refunds
Any changes or cancellations regarding registrations, should be made in writing to the Conference Organizer PCO. Cancellation on or before 1 August 2015: 50% of the registration fees will be refunded after the conference. For cancellations made after 1 August 2015 no refunds will be made.

Upon registration, participants agree that neither the Organizing Committee nor the Conference Management can be subject to any liability concerning participation related activity. Participants should, therefore, organize their own (health and travel) insurance(s).
